Why We Created the Wellbeing Space
We created the Wellbeing Space because we saw a gap in early intervention support for young people.
Through both our personal and professional experience, we've seen too many young people struggle to access help until things reach crisis point.
We believe every young person deserves a trusted adult, a positive relationship, and a safe space where they feel listened to, respected, and valued and a place to build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing along the way.
Our Vision
To create a safe, welcoming and inclusive community where every young person feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

- GPs
- Early Help
- Children's Social Care

Every referral is reviewed by our Director and Designated Safeguarding Lead to make sure the Wellbeing Space is the right fit. If we think another service would suit better, we'll talk it through with the referrer and point toward alternative support where we can.
What Happens After a Referral?
Our Director and DSL review every referral. If the Wellbeing Space is right for the young person, we'll arrange registration and a welcome meeting before sessions begin. If it isn't, we'll explain why and help signpost toward more appropriate support — statutory, voluntary, or specialist.
