Our Programmes
We provide a range of targeted intervention programmes designed to support young people who may be struggling with behaviour, emotional wellbeing, engagement, confidence, or motivation. Our approach focuses on early support, personal development, resilience building, and positive decision-making through small group work, mentoring, physical activity, and practical life skills. Interventions are tailored to individual needs and aim to improve self-regulation, social skills, attendance, and overall readiness to re-engage with learning, training, or positive community pathways in a supportive, structured environment.
Reconnect & Reset
Reconnect & Reset is a targeted intervention for young people experiencing significant emotional, behavioural, or engagement challenges, including those at risk of exclusion, breakdown in placement, or involvement in high-risk behaviours. The programme provides intensive support to help young people stabilise, reset patterns of behaviour, rebuild self-control, and develop healthier ways of thinking, coping, and responding.
Using a structured, trauma-informed, and relationship-based approach, participants receive consistent guidance to manage anger, regulate emotions, follow boundaries, take responsibility, and rebuild positive routines. Sessions combine mentoring, behaviour coaching, reflection, wellbeing support, physical activity, and practical life skills to promote accountability, resilience, and long-term positive change.
Reconnect & Reset focuses on reducing conflict and disruptive behaviour, strengthening emotional regulation, rebuilding confidence and motivation, and supporting young people to move forward into education, training, or positive community pathways with improved stability and self-discipline.
Regulate to Educate
Regulate to Educate is a preventative, early-intervention programme designed for young people who are beginning to show signs of emotional dysregulation, low confidence, reduced engagement, or emerging behavioural challenges. The programme supports young people before difficulties escalate, helping them build stronger emotional awareness, self-control, positive routines, and healthy decision-making.
Using a nurturing, consistent, and trauma-informed approach, participants develop skills in managing emotions, communicating effectively, following expectations, resolving conflict, and building confidence. Sessions combine mentoring, group activities, wellbeing support, light physical activity, and practical life skills to encourage positive behaviour, improved focus, and stronger self-belief.
The focus of Regulate to Educate is to strengthen early emotional regulation, improve attitude and motivation, support positive peer relationships, and help young people feel more settled, confident, and ready to succeed in learning, training, and everyday life.
Fight For Your Future
Fight for Your Future is a community-based crime prevention programme designed to support young people who may be vulnerable to negative influences, antisocial behaviour, violence, exploitation, or risky peer groups. The programme focuses on helping young people understand consequences, develop self-control, build confidence, and make safer, more positive life choices before problems escalate.
Working in partnership with community organisations, youth services, and where appropriate the police and local safety teams, the programme combines mentoring, real-life education, group discussion, physical activity, and practical life skills to steer young people away from harmful behaviours and towards positive futures.
Young people explore topics such as peer pressure, decision-making, respect, consequences of crime, managing anger, healthy relationships, online safety, and future aspirations. The programme also promotes accountability, resilience, leadership, and pride, helping participants build a stronger sense of identity, purpose, and direction.
Fight for Your Future is ideal for young people who may be at risk of criminal exploitation, antisocial behaviour, school exclusion, negative peer influence, or involvement in unsafe or harmful situations
NEET Prevention
NEET Prevention is a community-based support programme designed to help young people who are at risk of becoming disengaged from education, training, or employment. Delivered in real-world settings, the programme focuses on building confidence, motivation, employability skills, and a clear sense of direction, helping young people feel more hopeful, capable, and prepared for the future.
Through mentoring, practical activities, career exploration, life skills, and community experiences, participants are supported to identify their strengths, develop independence, improve communication, and build the skills needed to progress into education, apprenticeships, training, or work. The programme promotes aspiration, responsibility, resilience, and positive decision-making while connecting young people to local opportunities and positive role models.
This programme is ideal for young people who feel uncertain about their future, lack motivation, are at risk of disengagement, or need additional guidance to stay on track and move towards meaningful pathways.
