Our mentoring and targeted support is delivered by experienced, trauma-aware professionals with strong backgrounds in behaviour support and emotional wellbeing. We provide personalised, person-centred guidance through one-to-one and small-group mentoring, helping young people develop emotional regulation, resilience, confidence, and trust.

By working collaboratively with families and other professionals involved in a young person’s life, we create tailored support plans that focus on underlying challenges, positive behaviour, and wellbeing ensuring every young person feels heard, understood, and supported.

The Skill Base

The Skill Base offers a range of practical, hands-on activities designed to engage young people in meaningful experiences that build confidence, motivation, and real-world skills. These structured sessions provide opportunities to try new activities, develop teamwork, and strengthen positive routines within a supportive daytime environment.

Our offer includes a variety of short skills tasters and development activities, led by experienced professionals, across areas such as construction-related tasks, enterprise activities, hair and beauty skills, digital engagement, and sports-based leadership. All activities are delivered as part of our structured daily programme and are designed to complement each young person’s personal development, wellbeing, and future aspirations.

Boxing-Based Engagement

We’re proud to work in partnership with Go Hard, a fully equipped boxing gym led by experienced, England Boxing certified coaches. Together, we offer a unique boxing-based engagement programme that combines physical activity, discipline, and personal development.

Through structured boxing sessions and positive role modelling, young people are supported to build confidence, self-control, resilience, and respect both for themselves and others. This approach provides a powerful way to engage young people, promote wellbeing, and support positive routines and personal growth.

Through structured boxing sessions, guidance around healthy lifestyles, and mentoring support, young people build discipline, teamwork, resilience, and self-belief qualities that support positive choices both inside and outside the gym.
